Venkatesh Thyagarajan is the CEO of Cabot Technology Solutions. Venkatesh has over 15 years of experience in the IT industry, with a focus on management consulting and project management. Prior to joining Cabot, they were a Senior Consultant at The Barrington Consulting Group, where they worked on a project to assess and improve electronic access at Land Services within the Department of Natural Resources.

In addition to their work in the IT industry, Venkatesh has also been active in the Indo-Canadian business community. Venkatesh was the Chair of the Halifax Business Council of the Indo-Canada Chamber of Commerce from 2007 to 2009, and they were instrumental in bringing the ICCC to Halifax and launching the Halifax Business Council. In this role, they were responsible for creating the strategic plan for the Halifax Business Council and implementing it. The plan involved identifying strong partners and aligning the Council's goals with theirs, in order to create opportunities for Atlantic Canada businesses in India.
