Amy Conn has a strong background in talent management and organizational development. Amy is currently the Head of Talent at Cabot Corporation, where they lead the full life-cycle of talent management and drives performance and engagement. Previously, Amy served as the Vice President of Executive Talent & Organizational Development at Cimpress, where they worked with senior executives to ensure strategic alignment and organizational effectiveness. Amy also held the position of Vice President of Global Talent Management at Vistaprint, leading the talent management function and driving innovation for performance and engagement. Prior to that, they worked at Johnson & Johnson as the Director of Executive Assessment & Development, where they developed and managed global strategies to support executive assessment across talent management areas. Amy's work experience also includes a director role at Personnel Decisions International (PDI), where they oversaw a leadership assessment and development business and a consulting role where they developed business and managed clients. Amy began their career at GEICO as an Assessment Center Consultant.

Amy Conn obtained their B.A in Psychology from Lafayette College, where they studied from 1989 to 1993. Amy then pursued a M.A in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Maryland, College, completing their studies in 1997. Amy continued their education at the same university and obtained a Ph.D in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, which they completed between 1993 and 2000. In September 2018, they acquired certification in "Improving Your Listening Skills" from LinkedIn.
