Dixy Olyviardy

Dixy Olyviardy is the Managing Director of Cabot Asia Pacific South and the President Director of Cabot Indonesia. With a professional career spanning multinational and national companies, Dixy has extensive experience in general management, marketing, and supply chain functions, consistently achieving high growth, revenue, and margin results. Previously, Dixy held leadership roles at Firmenich, including President Director and Commercial Director for Indonesia, Malaysia, and Singapore, and has also been a General Manager at Shell. Dixy possesses strong communication and leadership qualities, developed through diverse engagements across various industries, and is skilled in managing teams with different backgrounds and cultures. Educationally, Dixy holds a Master's degree in International Business from the University of Hertfordshire and has completed a leadership program at IMD Business School.
