Kristie A. Broussard

Kristie A. Broussard is a seasoned HR and logistics professional with extensive experience in various managerial roles. Currently serving as the Logistics and LEAN Manager at Cabot Corporation since April 2020, Kristie also held the position of HR Manager there. Prior to this, Kristie worked as HR Manager at Weyerhaeuser from December 2017 to April 2020, where responsibilities included partnering with functional leaders for organizational development and managing HR functions at multiple sites. Kristie's earlier roles include HR Generalist positions at Mosaic Fertilizer, HB Rentals, Superior Energy Services, and Spartan Offshore Drilling Inc., accumulated from 2009 to 2017. Kristie holds a Bachelor’s degree in General Studies with concentrations in Criminal Justice and English from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, earned between 2000 and 2005.
