Monika Heusen has over 30 years of experience in payroll management, currently serving as a Payroll Specialist at Cabot Corporation since September 1999, where responsibilities include ensuring accurate payroll transactions for both US and Canadian employees, managing unemployment and short-term disability cases, and creating general ledger interfaces alongside monthly payroll accruals. Previously, Monika worked as a Payroll Administrator at New Balance from February 1993 to July 1996 and held a franchise for 7-Eleven for over seven years, significantly increasing sales. Monika's education includes a Certificate in English Literature from Cambridge University and a degree in Accounting and Industrial Bookkeeping from the University of Hamburg.
