Manuel Perez

Manuel Perez serves as the Senior Vice President for Real Estate & Public Finance at Cabrera Capital Markets. Prior to this role, Perez held various positions in government and political campaigns, including Deputy Mayor for Intergovernmental Affairs in the City of Chicago. Perez also has experience as a Campaign Manager for Lori Lightfoot and Chuy García, as well as holding positions in Cook County Government and Access Community Health Network. Perez holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Princeton University.
