Mike Winters

Mike Winters possesses extensive experience in health physics and radiation protection, currently serving as Corporate RSO and Health Physics Group Manager at Cabrera Services, Inc. since September 2010. In this role, Mike oversees NRC Broad-Scope and Agreement State licenses, managing a skilled team of health physics professionals and providing technical guidance on radiological projects. Previous positions include Project CHP/PHP/RSO at The Shaw Group, Radiation Safety Officer - Site Manager at Safety & Ecology Corp, and Health Physicist at Lockheed Martin/USEC, where Mike contributed significantly to remediation projects and regulatory compliance. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Nuclear Technologies from Excelsior University and an Associate of Science in Radiation Protection Technology from Central Florida Community College.
