Gerardo Villa

Gerardo Villa is an accomplished banking professional with extensive experience in branch management and operations. Currently serving as Branch Manager at Cabrillo Credit Union since October 2019, Gerardo previously held the position of Assistant Manager at First Financial Credit Union from September 2015 to October 2019, and served as Branch Operations Manager at Pacific Western Bank from 2001 to 2015. Demonstrated leadership skills include guiding teams toward achieving positive results and training staff in business development to effectively meet customer needs.
