Michelle Gardner

Michelle Gardner's work experience begins in 2003 as an Executive Assistant at Rancho Bank. Michelle then worked as a Communication & Education Officer at Vineyard Bank from 2005 to 2010. In 2011, they became a Banking Services Officer at First California Bank. From 2012 to 2018, Michelle worked at Altura Credit Union in various roles, including Learning & Development Manager and Altura Foundation Director. From 2018 to 2023, they led Altura Cares & Corporate Events, where they developed and implemented a diversity, equity, and inclusion strategy. Currently, Michelle is the VP of Branches & Development at Cabrillo Credit Union.

Michelle Gardner attended Western CUNA Management School from 2014 to 2016, where they studied Credit Union Management. In 2021, they enrolled at California Baptist University, pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Strategic Communication & Marketing, which is currently ongoing.
