Athena Andrews

Athena Andrews has extensive experience in workplace health, safety, and wellbeing, currently serving as the Director of Safety and Wellbeing at Cabrini Health since April 2022. Previous roles include Workplace Health, Safety & Wellbeing Manager at St Vincent's Private Hospital, Safety Performance Manager at Southern Cross Care Victoria, and Workplace Health and Safety Manager at Ambulance Victoria, where significant contributions were made to the development of OHS frameworks. Athena's career also includes managerial positions at the Victorian WorkCover Authority, AXA, and the Royal Automobile Club of Victoria, highlighting a strong focus on safety, injury management, and advocacy for injured workers. Athena holds a Post Graduate degree in Occupational Health & Safety from La Trobe University and an Associate Diploma of Business from Holmesglen College of TAFE.
