Carrie O'Neil

Carrie O'Neil is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in the insurance and risk management sectors. Currently serving as Chief Legal Officer and Senior Vice President of Legal & Claims at CAC Specialty since February 2020, Carrie has held prominent positions such as First Vice President at Alliant Insurance Services, Inc. and SVP of the Legal and Claims Group at JLT Specialty USA. Previous roles include Vice President of Executive & Professional Lines at Berkshire Hathaway Specialty Insurance and Managing Director at ARS, where Carrie led the National Directors and Officers/Fiduciary Liability Practice. With a foundation in Management and Professional Liability Claims at Marsh and prior roles at SF Interactive, Inc. and Vail Resorts, Carrie holds a J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law and a B.A. from the University of Virginia.
