Michael O'Brien

Michael O'Brien currently serves as Executive Vice President at CAC Specialty, an integrated specialty insurance brokerage firm and investment banking platform, since February 2021. Previously, O'Brien was Managing Director and Sales Leader at Marsh from 2017 to 2020, where essential responsibilities included advising Fortune 1000 companies and developing sales strategies following Marsh's acquisition of JLT. Prior to that, O'Brien held the position of Managing Director at Aon from 2005 to 2017, achieving notable success in exceeding sales targets across various sectors. O'Brien began their career at Unisys as Client Relationship Executive from 2003 to 2005, focusing on sales within the state and local sector in Illinois. O'Brien holds a BS in Public Affairs, Management from Indiana University Bloomington.
