Elisangela Fraga

Elisangela Fraga has a diverse work experience spanning over the years. Elisangela currently holds the position of Vice-President of Operations at Cacau Show since 2023. Prior to this, they served as the CFO at Cacau Show from 2020 to 2023.

Before joining Cacau Show, Elisangela worked at Valdac Global Brands, where they held multiple roles. From 2016 to 2020, they worked as the CFO, responsible for various areas including Treasury, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Accounting, Taxation, Financial/Commercial Planning, Audit, and Risk. During their tenure, they were also responsible for the company's Valuation and led the Financial and Corporate Restructuring plan. From 2018 to 2020, Elisangela served as the Director of Finance and Controlling, implementing and overseeing internal controls and processes in all areas of the company.

Elisangela also has extensive experience at Ambev, where they worked from 2002 to 2016. Elisangela held several roles during their time there, including Corporate PMO, Marketing Financial Controller, Sales Financial Controller, Business Performance Information Manager, and Financial Manager for different regions of the company. In these roles, they were responsible for various financial planning and control processes, managing budgets, analyzing business indicators, and overseeing project management.

Prior to their tenure at Ambev, Elisangela gained experience as a Financial Planning Manager at Teresópolis Tênis Clube from 1996 to 2002.

Elisangela Fraga has a strong educational background in the field of business and finance. Elisangela obtained a Bachelor's degree in Finance, General from Universidade São Judas Tadeu in 1999. Elisangela then pursued further studies at ULBRA, where they completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Controladoria from 2000 to 2002. Additionally, they obtained a Pós-graduação Lato Sensu - MBA in Controladoria from ULBRA during the same period. In 2019, Elisangela Fraga further expanded their education by completing a Formação em Psicanálise at ESCOLA DE PSICANÁLISE DE SÃO PAULO from 2019 to 2021.
