Leandro Fernandes has extensive experience in operations and sales management, currently serving as Head of Operations for Cacau Show since May 2018, following a role as Regional Sales Manager for franchises. Prior experience includes serving as Superintendent at Terral Shopping Centers and various managerial positions at C&A Brasil, where responsibilities spanned operations, financial services, and loss prevention. Leandro's professional journey began with an internship at Banco Santander and progressed from analyst roles at Editora Abril to comprehensive managerial positions across multiple sectors. Leandro holds an MBA in Business Management from FIA and additional qualifications in industrial administration and marketing, as well as experience in teaching English as a second language.
