Magdy Abdelghafar started their work experience in 1989 as the General Manager at the Accountability State Authority. Magdy held this position until February 2015. In March 2015, they joined Cairo Airport Cargo Company (CACC) as the Director of Finance. The duration of their role at CACC is undisclosed.
Magdy Abdelghafar received their Bachelor of Commerce - BCom degree in Accounting and Finance from Helwan University Cairo, where they studied from 1983 to 1987. Magdy later pursued a Diploma in Auditing from the same university, completing their studies from 1990 to 1992.

CACC Cargolinx is an Egyptian joint-stock company founded in 1991. As it has become a synonym for premium handling and warehousing services, CACC Cargolinx has reached the decision of undertaking a significant project of establishing a state-of-the-art cargo terminal on the airside that would be a definite added value to the air cargo industry in Egypt “Cairo Cargo City”, where handling processes have been defined and precisely laid down to guarantee smooth and speedy operational processes with maximum focus on security measures. Extending over an area of 150,000 m2 and being directly located on Cairo International Airport’s airside, Cairo Cargo City has taken the logistics market in Egypt to a new era of advanced logistics operations.
