Samy Adel is a seasoned ICT professional with over a decade of experience in technical support and system administration. Currently serving as a Senior ICT Helpdesk Administrator at CACC Cargolinx since March 2019, Samy has a robust background that includes previous roles as an ICT Engineer at the Egyptian Resorts Company and as a Senior Technical Support Engineer at Speed Ahmed Hassan Co. Samy's expertise encompasses installing and configuring computer systems, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing network infrastructure, and providing comprehensive IT support.
