Mark Nielsen

Mark Nielsen is the Public Works Director for the City of Logan, a position held since April 2018. Prior to this role, Mark served as a Senior Project Engineer, where responsibilities included managing the construction of a green field 18 mgd wastewater treatment facility for the City. Mark possesses a Master of Science in Civil Engineering (Geotechnical) and a Bachelor of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering, both obtained from Utah State University, with studies completed in 1984 and 1982, respectively.
