Richard Skidmore

Richard Skidmore has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Richard is currently working as the Executive Vice President at Cache Valley Bank since June 2021. Before joining Cache Valley Bank, they worked at Goldman Sachs for several years. At Goldman Sachs, Richard held various roles, including Vice President - Investment Research Analyst - US Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs) from June 2019 to June 2021. In this role, they conducted financial and industry analysis of the US REIT and CRE Services industries, provided investment recommendations, and wrote research reports. Prior to this, they served as Vice President - Business Unit Manager - Global Research Management from June 2011 to June 2019, where they managed a team of 27 investment research analysts and developed talent assessment and mobility programs. Richard's career began at FranklinCovey, where they worked as a Customer Service Rep, Data Analyst, and Internal Auditor from November 1993 to February 1998. Richard also has prior experience as a Missionary at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints from August 1991 to August 1993. Richard Skidmore attended Brigham Young University from 1990 to 1996, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics. Following this, they pursued further education at The Wharton School from 2006 to 2008, completing their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Finance.
