Kimberly Neal, BHSc, CRSP, serves as the Health and Safety Manager at Cachet Homes since October 2023. Previous roles include Environment, Health and Safety Manager at OEC and Oakville Hydro from July 2021 to October 2023, and General Manager at SMART Safety Solutions from June 2016 to July 2021, where Kimberly held various positions related to construction health and safety. Earlier professional experience includes a role as Health and Safety Administrator at WSP in Canada, Student Public Health Inspector at The Hastings and Prince Edward Counties Health Unit, Medical Laboratory Technician at Postmaster Medical Clinic, and Medical Administrator at Alberta Health Services. Education includes a Certificate in Occupational Safety and Health Technology from Ryerson University, a Bachelor of Health Sciences in Public Health from Cape Breton University, and a medical laboratory technician credential from Everest College. Kimberly is currently pursuing an Injury Compensation & Disability Management Course at Athabasca University.
