Shannon Willett, CHRL, currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at Cachet Homes, where a commitment to enriching families' lives through master-planned communities is central to the organization's mission. Previously, Shannon held multiple roles at EllisDon, including Manager of People & Culture for both the Toronto Buildings Division and the Corporate division, providing strategic HR support and resolving complex employee relations issues. Prior experience includes HR management roles at Mattamy Homes, CBC Television, and the Children's Aid Society of Toronto, along with an HR Assistant position at Sheridan College. Shannon Willett obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Commerce and Sociology from Mount Allison University and also holds educational credentials from Sheridan College.
