Joosep Lall

Joosep Lall is Chief Technology Officer and founding team member at Cachet, building AI-powered insurance infrastructure for Europe's platform economy. He leads product, engineering, and technical strategy.

Joosep built Cachet's product and technology function from the ground up. He architected the company's first product—adaptive insurance for ridehailing drivers—and scaled it into a multi-vertical InsurTech serving shared mobility and gig work operators across Europe.

Under his leadership, Cachet's technology stack has evolved to include embedded insurance, predictive analytics, preventive insights, behavior scoring, and parking automation. His technical leadership has driven both product innovation and market recognition. Cachet has won three MyData Awards for data-led business model innovation, awarded in in the EU's Start-Up Prize for Mobility and The Europas 100.

Before Cachet, Joosep built software across fintech and infrastructure at LHV, Nevercode, Nortal, and Playtech.
