Debora A. Plunkett

Debora A. Plunkett is an experienced business executive and outside director at CACI International. Debora has also served on the boards of BlueVoyant, Nationwide, CACI International Inc, and Harvard's Belfer Center. In March 2017, they joined the board of JCPenney, where they served until November 2020. In November 2019, they were appointed to the New York State Cyber Security Advisory Board, where they served until February 2022. Plunkett Associates LLC is a consultancy firm founded by Debora Plunkett in January 2016. Debora is also a Professor at the University of Maryland Global Campus and a retired Federal Senior Executive from the National Security Agency, where they worked from December 1984 to January 2016.

Debora A. Plunkett has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from The Johns Hopkins University in the field of Business Administration and Management, General. Debora also has a Master of Science - MS from National War College in the field of National Security Strategy. Debora completed their Bachelor’s Degree in Natural Sciences at Towson University.
