John Sklinar

John Sklinar has extensive experience in the fields of tactical communication and homeland security, holding the position of Senior Program Manager for Business Operations at CACI International Inc since July 2011. Prior to this role, John Sklinar served as a Program Manager in the US Army from 1984 to 2011. John Sklinar's educational background includes a Master of Science in Management of Information Technologies from Stevens Institute of Technology, a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Fairleigh Dickinson, and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the City College of New York.
