Laura Lechler

Laura Lechler is an accomplished Senior Program Manager at CACI, with a focus on managing teams that support the operations, maintenance, and enhancement of financial and budget systems for the Department of Defense and other federal customers since August 2004. Prior to this role, Laura owned and managed Diamond Sports Training from January 2003 to May 2017, overseeing all aspects of small business management in the sports instruction sector. Laura's earlier career included positions as a Principal at American Management Systems, specializing in financial management and software implementation, and as a Research Assistant at Radian Corporation, where environmental data research and technical document editing were performed. Laura also briefly worked on school programs at the National Wildlife Federation. Laura holds a degree from the University of Virginia, where Laura was recognized as an Echols Scholar.
