Mark Hugel

Mark Hugel is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in military and defense logistics, operations, and leadership. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at CACI since September 2009, Mark previously held the position of Deputy Commander for Logistics, Maintenance and Industrial Operations at NAVSEA from May 2005 to November 2009. Mark's notable military career includes serving as Rear Admiral in the United States Navy from 1973 to 2009, where key roles included Director of Fleet Readiness at OPNAV and Shipyard Commander at Norfolk Naval Shipyard. Mark holds a Master's degree in Naval Architecture & Marine Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering from the United States Naval Academy.
