Paul Sample is an accomplished executive with over 20 years of experience in Business Management Operations, specializing in Program Management, Risk Management, and Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS). Currently serving as the Executive Director of the Value Performance Management Center of Excellence at CACI International Inc, they are responsible for training and implementing Cost Management and Program Controls.
