Randall Ames

Randall Ames is a skilled ServiceNow Developer with extensive experience in designing and implementing custom applications and business rules, currently serving as a ServiceNow Developer/Lead Tester at CACI International Inc since November 2023. Prior to this, Randall worked at ManTech, implementing core ITSM modules and developing tailored workflows for ServiceNow, and completed an internship at ServiceNow, where foundational skills were developed through instructor-led training and hands-on labs. Randall's career also includes a significant tenure as a Security Forces Craftsman in the United States Air Force, where physical security operations were directed for high-value assets and personnel. Randall holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Cyber/Electronic Operations and Warfare at the University of Maryland Global Campus.
