Garrett Toguchi

Garrett Toguchi has extensive experience in investigative roles, currently serving as a Background Investigator at CACI Ltd since October 2014, and previously as an Investigator at USIS from June 2006 to September 2014. Prior to this, Garrett held leadership positions as Chief of Staff for Senator Clayton Hee in the Hawaii Legislature and as Executive Director and Operations Manager at The Arc in Hawaii. Garrett holds a Master's Degree in Economics and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
