Gill Evans has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. In 2004, they worked as an EMEA IT Project Coordinator at Motorola Solutions, where they supported the implementation of global IT projects. From 2007 to 2012, they held multiple roles at BAE Systems, including Supply Chain Development Specialist and Senior Project Control Manager. In 2012, they joined Bupa as a Business Change Consultant, responsible for implementing technology and business projects. From 2013 to 2017, they worked at BAE Systems Applied Intelligence and BAE Systems in different managerial positions. From 2019 to 2022, they served as a Senior Program Manager at Leidos. Currently, they are working as a Central Government Delivery Lead at CACI Ltd.
Gill Evans obtained a BSc (Hons) degree in Business Information Technology from The Manchester Metropolitan University during the period of 2002 to 2006. Prior to that, Gill attended Preston College from 1999 to 2002 and obtained 4 A-Levels in IT. Additionally, Gill has obtained various certifications throughout their career. Most recently, in December 2021, Gill became a Certified Information Technology Professional (CITP) from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT, and in September 2021, Gill obtained the MSP certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice. Other certifications include Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) from ISACA in July 2019, APMG Change Management Practitioner from APMG International in August 2018, PCI Change Practitioner from Changefirst in April 2015, Lean Practitioner from BAE Systems in April 2014, ISO9001, Overview, Process Improvement, COPQ from Lloyd's Register in March 2014, Black Belt Six Sigma from BAE Systems in April 2012, APMP from the Association for Project Management in August 2007, and PRINCE2 Foundation from Manchester Metropolitan University in September 2004.
