Jessica N.

Jessica N. has a diverse range of work experience spanning over 12 years. Jessica began their career at Deloitte as a Scholar from 2006 to 2010. After that, they worked as a Junior Developer and Analyst at Deloitte Digital, where they gained exposure to the full software development lifecycle and was responsible for delivering bespoke software. From 2012 to 2014, they served as a Senior Java Developer, leading cross-functional teams and working on projects in industries such as retail, insurance, and technology. As a Technical Delivery Lead from 2014 to 2016, they were responsible for multiple development teams and successfully launched a retail grocery client's first ever online offering. Jessica then took on the role of Release Manager and Delivery Lead, leading a team of four in executing deployments and managing high-pressure environments. In 2019, Jessica became an Agile Coach and Delivery Lead at Deloitte Digital, where they provided Agile coaching, implemented processes, and delivered training. Most recently, they served as the Head of Delivery at Bitweave from 2022 to 2023. Currently, Jessica is working as a Delivery Lead at CACI Ltd.

Jessica N. began their education at Pate's Grammar School in Cheltenham from 1999 to 2006. Jessica then attended the University of Warwick from 2007 to 2010, where they obtained a BSc degree in Physics.
