Lynn's entrepreneurial journey includes founding and directing multiple companies, such as Self Service Sanitary Bins, Techno Clean, Hygiene Factor, and Click Smart, between 2015 and 2021, each specializing in cleaning services, marketing, and sanitary solutions. Lynn also held key roles at Workhere New Zealand and HainesAttract, contributing significantly to recruitment marketing and talent acquisition. Early career experience includes media sales at the National Business Review and an executive assistant position at Aitken Hume, following relocation from the UK. Lynn's educational background includes attending Howick College.
