Bob Bascom

Bob Bascom is an accomplished finance executive with extensive experience as CFO and senior management across various industries. Currently serving as CFO at Cacique Foods, LLC since May 2024, Bob has successfully established new leadership and regained stakeholder confidence. Previously, as Senior Vice President and CFO of Foremost Farms USA from July 2017 to March 2024, Bob was instrumental in steering the company out of forbearance, achieving a favorable debt-to-equity ratio, and implementing significant operational improvements. Bob's career also includes roles as VP and Treasurer at Stoughton Trailers, LLC, and Navigate to Success, where Bob focused on rebuilding finance and IT teams. Earlier positions include leadership roles at Cardinal Health/Viasys NeuroCare and Hellenbrand, Inc. Bob holds an MBA in Marketing from Marquette University and a BBA in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
