Mike Havel

Mike Havel, MS, serves as the Environment, Health and Safety Manager at Cacique Foods, LLC since April 2024. Previously, Mike held the position of Safety and Health Manager at Cabot Corporation from May 2014 to April 2024, where leadership was provided in developing safety and health programs to enhance awareness and eliminate incidents. With a diverse background, Mike also owned Premier Safety Solutions, LLC, managing safety services for construction projects and creating training programs, and served as Corporate Health and Safety Manager at Talon/LPE. Earlier experience includes roles at Xcel Energy, Leading Edge Aviation Services, and over two decades in the United States Marine Corps, focusing on safety compliance and environmental management. Mike holds a Master’s Degree in Occupational Safety and Health from Columbia Southern University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
