Marcos Sánchez Pérez is an experienced civil engineer and educator with a significant background in hydraulics and roadway design. Currently serving as a Professor of Hydraulics and Professor of Road Design, Theory, and Laboratory with Civil 3D at Universidad Latina de Costa Rica since January 2017, Marcos also holds positions as a civil engineer at CACISA since July 2010 and as a founding partner and civil engineer at SISTMAP since January 2015. Previous experience includes work as a civil engineer at FSA in 2010 and DEHC Ingenieros Consultores from 2003 to 2009. Educational credentials include a Master's in Advanced BIM Modeling of Watercourses and Hydraulic Infrastructure from Structuralia (2022-2023), a Master's in Design and Construction of Hydraulic Works from EADIC (2017-2018), and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Universidad de Costa Rica UCR.
