Thomas Keller

Thomas Keller is a seasoned culinary professional with extensive experience in various roles within the food service industry. Currently serving as a University Cook at Charleston Southern University since January 2024, Thomas has also held key positions such as Operations Manager and Supervisor at Cactus Car Wash, where responsibilities include overseeing daily operations. Previous culinary roles include Head Chef at Ashley Hall School, Sous Chef at Charleston Day School, and Deli Manager at BI-LO, where menu planning and inventory management were key responsibilities. Early career experiences include positions as a Line Cook at The Glass Onion and Cook at Dolphin Deli, focusing on Southern cuisine and short order items, respectively. Thomas holds a degree in Food Systems Management and Economics from Michigan State University, completed between 1986 and 1992.
