Brett Gwynn

Brett Gwynn is an experienced professional in real estate development and project management, currently serving as Senior Portfolio Manager of Project Execution at Cactus Club Cafe since December 2019. Brett's career at Cactus Club Cafe includes various roles such as Real Estate Development Portfolio Manager, Project Manager, and Project Coordinator. Prior to this, Brett gained experience as a Project Coordinator at Gescan from May to December 2019 and held a managerial position at Cactus Club Cafe from February 2016 to February 2018. Brett holds an Associate Certificate in Construction Operations and an Associate Certificate in Project Management from the British Columbia Institute of Technology, completed between 2020 and 2022. Additionally, Brett completed a Real Estate Licensing Program at UBC Sauder School of Business in 2018 and obtained a high school diploma from Riverside Secondary School in 2013.
