Chrl Lindsay Coombes

Lindsay Coombes, CHRL has a diverse work experience starting from 2009. Lindsay began their career at the Employment & Education Centre in Brockville, ON, where they worked as a Summer Jobs Service employee from 2009 to 2010. Lindsay then joined Russell Hendrix Foodservice Equipment as an HR Generalist in 2011, and later became a Recruitment Specialist from 2016 to 2018. In 2018, Lindsay joined Toptable Group as a Manager of People for a few months before transitioning to Cactus Club Cafe. At Cactus Club Cafe, Lindsay held various roles including HR Generalist, Regional HR Manager, and is currently serving as the Regional Director of People Operations. Lindsay's work experience demonstrates their expertise in HR and their ability to take on progressively more senior roles.

Lindsay Coombes, CHRL has a strong educational background in both psychology and human resources management. Lindsay obtained a BA Honours degree in Psychology from St. Francis Xavier University, where they studied from 2006 to 2010. Following that, they pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in HR Management at Sheridan College, from 2010 to 2011.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Lindsay Coombes has also obtained the CHRP (Certified Human Resources Professional) certification from the HRPA (Human Resources Professionals Association) in May 2014. This certification further demonstrates their expertise and knowledge in the field of HR management.
