Ben Holland's work experience begins in 2005 at the Oklahoma State University Willard Sparks Beef Research Center, where they worked as a Research Coordinator until 2009. Ben then joined South Dakota State University as an Assistant Professor/Extension Beef Feedlot Specialist from 2009 to 2012. In 2012, they transitioned to Merck Animal Health as a Technical Services Manager, a position they held until 2015.
