Michael Offerman has worked in a variety of roles in the corporate sector since 2010. Michael began their career as a User Experience Designer at Christner Inc. in 2010, followed by a role as an Arts, Culture, Education Practice Group & Corporate Branding Designer at HGA in 2011. In 2012, they returned to Christner Inc. as a Master Planning & Development Strategist. From 2010 to 2011, they also served as a Des Lee Fellow & Coro Leadership Training at United Way of Greater St. Louis. In 2013, they joined Redscout as a Strategist, where they were promoted to Senior Strategist and then Associate Director of Strategy. In 2020, they co-founded Caregather, a new-to-the-world caregiving health-tech platform, and served as its Director of Strategy. In 2021, they worked as an Independent Internal Strategy Director. Michael is currently the Director of Strategy at Cactus, a position they have held since 2022.
Michael Offerman attended Washington University in St. Louis from 2008 to 2013, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture & Design in 2013 and an MBA in Marketing & Brand Management in 2011. Additionally, in 2009 they attended Santa Reparata International School of Art (SRISA) for a course in Architectural Design and Art History.
