Nat Carruthers

Nat Carruthers has a strong background in product design and management. They are currently working as the Head of Product at Cactus, a role they started in December 2022. Before that, they were a Co-Founder and Chief Product Design Officer at CLMBR from March 2021 onwards. Prior to that, they held the position of Co-Founder and Chief Design Officer at CLMBR from January 2019. Nat was also an Industrial Design and User Experience Founding Partner at Understated Studio Ltd./Tiny Wins from January 2017 to July 2019. Before that, they founded their own company, Dezyn Group, LLC, where they worked as a Founder and Industrial Designer from January 2014 to July 2019. They also have experience as an Audi Brand Specialist at Audi Boulder from June 2014 to May 2016, as well as an Operations Coordinator at NV5 from October 2012 to July 2014. Nat's early career included a position as Manager of Operations and Product Design at Zybek Sports from July 2010 to April 2012.

Nat Carruthers attended the Shining Mountain Waldorf School from 2003 to 2006 but did not receive a degree or specify a field of study. They then went on to study at Kenyon College from 2006 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology and Art. Finally, from 2012 to 2014, Nat pursued further education at the Metropolitan State University of Denver, focusing on Industrial Design.
