Sumera Ahsan Sheikh

Sumera Ahsan Sheikh has worked in a variety of roles in the design field. In 2014, they began working as a Senior UX Designer for Freelance. Sumera Ahsan then worked as a Senior User Experience Architect for Critical Mass from 2017 to 2018. In 2018, they moved to The Home Depot as a Senior User Experience Consultant. In 2019, they joined Fjord as a Sr. Service & Interaction Designer. In 2020, they became a UX/UI Design Immersion Instructor for Thinkful. In 2021, they worked as a Senior Product Designer (Contract) for Mailchimp. In 2022, they worked as a Senior UX Designer for Deutsch LA and a Senior Product Designer for Forge Studio. Sumera Ahsan is currently working as a Senior Product Designer for Cactus.

Sumera Ahsan Sheikh has a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Web Design and Interactive Media Design from The Art Institutes, which they obtained between 2007 and 2010. Sumera Ahsan then went on to receive an Ayurvedic Health Educator certification from California College of Ayurveda between 2015 and 2016. Sumera Ahsan is currently working towards an Ayurvedic Health Practitioner certification from the same institution, which they began in 2016. Sumera Ahsan also obtained an Ayurvedic Health Counselor certification from California College of Ayurveda between 2016 and 2017.
