Serge Ferrari

Serge Ferrari has a diverse work experience. Serge started their career as a Program Coordinator at UC Santa Barbara in 2012 and later became a PhD Student Researcher and Teaching Associate/Assistant. In 2018, they worked as a Project Manager for their own business before joining ECA in 2019 as a Project Manager. During their time at ECA, they led executive-level searches across various industries and achieved a 100% placement rate. In 2020, Serge joined CACY Electric as a Project Engineer, and later became an Assistant Project Manager before being promoted to Director of Operations / Project Manager in 2023.

Serge Ferrari is currently pursuing a PhD in Business History at UC Santa Barbara, which they began in 2013. Serge previously completed a Master's degree in Political Science at San Diego State University from 2009 to 2012, after obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the same university from 2007 to 2009. In addition, they have obtained several certifications related to construction management and technology from Procore Technologies in 2020.
