Raphaël Garcia-Brotons is a Co-Founder and CTO at CAD.42 since September 2016. Prior to that, they worked at OPTIS SAS as an R&D Software Engineer from March 2013 to June 2015. Before that, they were an Ingénieur Chercheur Stagiaire at IFP Energies nouvelles from March 2012 to July 2012. Raphaël also worked as an Ingénieur stagiaire Sauvegarde Vol at Centre National d'Études Spatiales from August 2010 to January 2011, and as a Stagiaire at Bureau Veritas from April 2009 to June 2009.

Raphaël Garcia-Brotons completed their education at the Ecole Supérieure d'Ingénieurs Léonard de Vinci from 2008 to 2012. During this time, they obtained a Master 2 degree in Calcul Scientifique, which encompassed applied mathematics, computer science, and mechanics. In 2011, Raphaël pursued further studies as a graduate student in Mathematics and Computer Science at the University of Alaska Fairbanks for one year.
