Arthur T. Dean

Arthur T. Dean is the Chairman and CEO Emeritus at CADCA, a position they have held since February 2021. Prior to that, they were the Chairman and CEO of CADCA from August 1998 to February 2021. Arthur T. is also the Founding President of Dean Consulting & Coaching Services LLC, starting in February 2021. Before their work at CADCA, Arthur served in the US Army, retiring at the grade of Major General in September 1998.

Arthur T. Dean received a Graduate Certificate in Advanced Management College from Stanford University in 1988. Prior to that, they earned a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Management and Supervision from Central Michigan University in the years 1976-1977. Their undergraduate education took place at Morgan State University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in History from 1963 to 1967.
