Leslie Ortiz-Cadwallader

Leslie Ortiz-Cadwallader, MPH, currently serves as Program Manager for Youth Tobacco Prevention at CADCA since February 2024. Previously, Leslie held the position of Quality Management Coordinator at NYC Health + Hospitals, where strategic policies were developed to enhance quality-of-care, and audits were conducted to ensure regulatory compliance. As Regional Director of Program Management at Aya Healthcare, Leslie effectively managed staffing logistics for NYU Langone Health's COVID-19 response, overseeing a significant surge in demand. Additional roles included leading various program management initiatives and providing mentorship to teams across multiple healthcare settings. Education includes a Master of Public Health from New York University and a Bachelor of Science in Public and Community Health from Ithaca College.
