Buddy O'Mary

Buddy O'Mary has a solid work experience spanning over several years. Buddy started their career at P.W.B.A. Architects, Inc. in 1994 as a Construction PM/Construction Specifier and worked there until 2004. In 2005, they joined Caddell Construction Company as a Contracts Manager, where they worked closely with management and served as a liaison between the home office and field construction projects. Buddy held this position for ten years until 2015.

In 2013, Buddy briefly worked at Caddell Construction as an Assistant Manager of Operations Support. Following that, in 2015, they returned to Caddell Construction as the QC Director for Domestic Operations. In this role, they oversaw the organization's quality control program and implemented strategies for continuous improvement.
