Tommy Joyce

Tommy Joyce has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the golf industry. Tommy currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at CaddieNow since February 2019. Prior to that, they were a PGA Ambassador at Drip Golf, where they worked to grow the sport among youth golfers.

Tommy has also worked for the PGA of America as a PGA Golf Professional, providing consulting services as an independent contractor. Tommy co-founded EvolutionHR USA, where they served as the Director of Operations and later as the Co-Founder.

In their earlier career, Tommy held the position of Assistant Vice President of Business Development & Branch Operations at Bright Services. Tommy also served as the PGA General Manager at Hunting Hills Country Club, where they focused on expanding the club's membership through exceptional programs.

Tommy has an extensive history in golf course management, having served as the Director of Golf at both Hidden Valley Country Club and Links Group. At Hidden Valley, they also held the positions of Director of Marketing and Membership, as well as the Director of Instruction. At Links Group, they worked as the Director of Revenue and Acquisitions, overseeing site analysis, feasibility studies, and managing the revenue stream for multiple golf courses.

Tommy Joyce completed their high school education at Bassett High School from 1982 to 1986. Following that, they enrolled at Virginia Commonwealth University from 1986 to 1991, where they pursued a degree in Resort Management with a focus on Marketing and Business Management.
