Cleveland Mouton, III, Ed.D. currently serves as Principal of the Caddo Parish School District since July 2020 and also holds a position as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Louisiana at Monroe since December 2019. Previously, Cleveland was the Principal of the City of Monroe School District from July 2017 to June 2020 and worked as an EDGE Master Teacher in Fort Bend ISD from August 2015 to June 2017, where responsibilities included instructional leadership and professional development. Early in the career, Cleveland taught 3rd and 4th Grade Math at the City of Monroe School District from November 2011 to August 2015. Cleveland holds a Doctor of Education degree in Curriculum and Instruction, a Master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction, another Master's degree in Educational Leadership and Administration, and a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from the University of Louisiana at Monroe.
