Hillary Frazier

Hillary Frazier is an experienced arts educator and administrator currently serving as a Gallery Committee Member at Bossier Arts Council and a Talented Arts Program Instructor at Caddo Parish School District. Frazier has held various roles at Renzi Education & Arts Center, including Member of the Board of Advisors, Interim House Manager, and previously as Program Manager. Other notable positions include Adjunct Professor at Bossier Parish Community College and Assistant Program Director for ShreveCorps at Shreveport Green. With a Master's degree in Fine/Studio Arts from Northwestern State University and dual Bachelor's degrees in Communication and Media Studies, as well as Fine and Studio Arts from Centenary College of Louisiana, Hillary has a robust foundation in both education and the arts sector.
