Karolina Kapinos

Karolina Kapinos has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Karolina is currently working at Cadeia as an Operations team member since November 2021. Prior to that, they served as a Project Manager at ALTINVESTAM AG from February 2020 to October 2021. Karolina also worked as an Independent Consultant from June 2013 to January 2020. Karolina worked as a Consultant at Munich Strategy from June 2012 to March 2013. Before that, they held a Marketing Internship position at Master Minds Investimentos in August 2010. Karolina also gained valuable experience as a Marketing Research Intern at Universität St. Gallen from May 2010 to July 2010. Karolina started their career with Renault as a Marketing Intern from February 2009 to July 2009.

Karolina Kapinos completed their education in various institutions. From 2004 to 2011, they attended the University of Siegen and obtained a Diplom degree in Business Administration. As part of their academic journey, they also participated in a Study Abroad Semester at the Burgundy School of Business - BSB in 2010. During this semester, their studies focused on Applied Consumer Behaviour, International Marketing, Management of Organization, and Project Management. Additionally, in 2008, Karolina Kapinos took part in another Study Abroad Semester at the University of Technology Sydney. In this semester, they focused on subjects such as Managing Consulting, Competitive Intelligence Global Business, and Value Chain Management.
